Everyone got off the boat and called out their daily nature and bathed in the river. But the lack of fuel in their boats disrupted cooking and everyone was hungry. But no one agreed to win the search for fuel in this unfamiliar dark forest, finally Nabakumar, a young man from Saptagram, agreed to satisfy everyone’s hunger and went out alone in search of fuel in the forest with ax in hand. He went away and collected firewood. But the firewood was so heavy that it was too late for him to return.

Bankim Chandra Chattopadhyay was an outstanding talent from his childhood and his father Yadav Chandra Chattopadhyay enrolled him in Medinipur English School. He admitted to Hooghly College in 1849 when he was 11 years old. He studied at Hooghly College for a total of seven years till 1856. During this time he read additional textbooks and acquired a lot of knowledge. He was able to show his talent in a short time.
In 1856 he left Hooghly College to study law and was admitted to Presidency College in Calcutta. And that same year he took the exam from the law and passed in first division. The University of Calcutta was established in the same year and the university arranged for the taking of the BA examination the following year. Bankim Chandra Chattopadhyay sat for the B.A. examination with only 13 students appearing for the exam that year and only two passed the second division. No one could pass the exam at first as it was very difficult. He passed the first B.A. examination of Calcutta University and his name spread around. On 6 August 1858, he was appointed as a Deputy Magistrate and after joined as a Deputy Collector.
Author Bankim Chandra Chattopadhyay has beautifully shed light on the consequences of various steps in human life and the manifest form of real thinking in this novel. The characters in the Bishbriksha novel control all the events. The protagonist in the tragedy is unlucky. The story of this fall is revealed through the events of the Bishbriksha. Kapalkundala and Nabokumar-characters combine the main story with the secondary story and influence the main story genre. He has seen life with an unbroken art vision. On the one hand he has seen that human life is influenced by events. People seem to be controlled by events. Man does not have the freedom of thought, judgment and action, he is led to the consequences of the cycle of events.
