Milada Gangopadhyay, Smt. Rani Chanda, Sourav Gangopadhyay, Kanai Samanta, Sanat Kumar Gupta and Subimal Lahiri also assisted.
The stories that have been added in this first volume are Apon Kotha, Gharoya, Jorasanko Dhare, Sanjyon etc. Now the word Apon katha was first published in book form in the month of Ashar 1353 (Bengali Calendar). It was published after the story of Gharoya and Jorasanko Dhare.
Gharoya (Domestic) was published in Bengali in the month of Ashwin 1348 with the help of Visva-Bharati. Mrs. Rani Chanda also heard many valuable stories from Abanindranath. The written form of those stories is domestic. Abanindranath Tagore is the narrator and scribe here is Mrs. Rani Chanda.
